Are uploaded files stored on your servers? ▾
Your data stays 100% private. Files are processed in your browser's memory and never uploaded to our servers. Feel free to use any data.
What file formats are supported? ▾
CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls) are supported across all tools. The Long ↔ Wide converter also supports JSON.
What's the difference between Free and Pro? ▾
Free supports files up to 20MB with basic features. Pro unlocks larger files (up to 500MB), country sub-region maps, animated HTML exports, saved presets, and priority support.
Can I get a refund? ▾
If a bug or missing advertised feature causes the problem, you'll receive a full refund. For change-of-mind cancellations, we refund unused days within 7 days of payment. Contact: hello@datamadeasy.com
What is a Day Pass? ▾
A one-day Pro access pass for $1.99 — no monthly commitment. Great if you occasionally need to process larger files or export animations.
