DataMadEasy is a no-code data processing SaaS tool that allows users to transform, analyze, and visualize data without writing code. Our Services also include an investment simulator and other financial data visualization tools that display historical market data obtained from third-party sources.

The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Brazos County, Texas, United States. The governing law shall be the substantive law of Texas, United States.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding, and there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
Exceptions
The following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; (b) any Dispute related to allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
